My experience with the PMP cohort at Peak Point Consulting Group has been engaging, practical, and rewarding. The interactive discussions and real-life examples helped me connect project management principles with my work as an Infrastructure Engineer.

PMP Training Participation and Experience

I actively and consistently participated in the PMP training programme, gaining practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of professional project management principles. The training covered key areas including project planning, scope management, scheduling, cost management, risk management, quality management, stakeholder engagement, communication, procurement, and team management.

Through active participation in class discussions, practical exercises, group activities, and project-management case studies, I developed a better understanding of how project management concepts can be applied in real construction projects. The training also strengthened my skills in project coordination, decision-making, problem-solving, leadership, and effective communication.

The experience has enhanced my confidence in managing project activities and coordinating teams while maintaining focus on project objectives, timelines, quality, and resources. I attended a 5-day FIDIC Certified Contract Manager Masterclass. I was impressed by the mastery of the trainers. They know clause by clause off head 😂. It really is impressive. This was my first time learning about FIDIC and I can say that I really enjoyed. They also gave us insights on how to pass the exams. The facilitators were excellent and have really Mastered the subject! The knowledge gained from this FCCM course is invaluable, having a blend of practial case law scenarios encountered in real management of FIDIC Contracts.
